Imagine that you could do every day something that would really fulfill you. You would do things you enjoy, and in the end of the day, you would feel really satisfied with what you have achieved.
Sounds like a dream, a scenario that you can imagine while being on vacation?
Well, it actually can be like this every day, until the end of your life. But how to achieve that?
We will show you the steps of how you can reveal your passion and then include it step by step in your daily life until you can fully enjoy doing what you love every day for the rest of your life.
What can make you really happy?
First, let's think about what makes you really happy. What are activities that you could do for the whole day, without getting bored or frustrated?
Hard to tell? Then take a piece of paper and brainstorm. Sometimes we are just too stressed out to spontaneously tell what we really enjoy because, at the moment, we cannot enjoy anything.
So take a moment, calm down, and think about your pleasures. What did you enjoy when you were a kid? How do you spend your weekend?
Write all ideas down, everything you love, and where you feel alive.

Design your ideal day
Do you have a nice collection of activities already? Perfect!
Then let's continue with designing your ideal day. Imagine how your day would look like if you wouldn't have to worry about money, work, and anything else.
Where would you live? How would your house look like? In the morning, when would you wake up, what would you eat?
How would you spend your first half of the day? With whom would you like to meet? What would you cook for lunch? Would you even cook? ... Play this until the end of the day, imagine your ideal day as detailed as possible.
After you have successfully designed your ideal day, it should be pretty clear to you what you are passionate about and how your life should actually look.
Maybe it's a great contrast to your life, how it looks at the moment. And maybe you realize, how much energy and lifetime you are wasting day by day, living a life you do not really want to live.
Do you see how much potential there is? How much better you could have it?

Now you probably ask yourself: "That's nice, but how can I turn all these dreams into reality and do something with my time that really fulfills me?"
The answer is Visualization, Discipline, and Passion.
Three ingredients for the life of your dreams
Visualization
Your only limitation are your thoughts. It's not the money you have, nor your time, and not even your education. That's why you should start with visualization to pursue your dreams. Why that? Your brain cannot differentiate if what you visualize is reality or not, and it will adapt all your actions and thoughts to the visualized reality. That means if you visualize on a daily basis, thinking of all details of your ideal day, or smaller goals that you want to reach first, it will pay off.
A great book that explains this topic very well is from Barbara and Allan Pease, The Answer: How to take charge of your life & become the person you want to be, available on Amazon.
The second ingredient is – you guess – discipline!
Discipline
Unfortunately, there is no way around, if you are not disciplined, you won't reach anything extraordinary in life. It hurts, but it's true. Even for the visualization, discipline is inevitable. If you visualize only once, nothing will happen. But if you can visualize on a daily basis, for example, every evening before sleeping, extraordinary things will happen very soon.
Discipline is an important part of your identity and it has a huge influence on your life, your level of happiness, your weight, your relationships, money, and success at work. We would even say that discipline is a habit. If you develop the habit of being disciplined in all your life areas, you will come very far.
Do you want to find out how to build the right habits in an easy and effective way? Then we recommend to read this book by James Clear: Atomic Habits: The life-changing million-copy bestseller, available on Amazon. He explains in a very appealing way how micro-changes affect your life and how you can make use of it.
Passion
We have talked about it already in the beginning. Passion is what drives you, what really makes you feel alive. If you do something with passion, you are unstoppable. So imagine, what happens when you combine passion, visualization, and discipline.
You can only win!
So now it's up to you to make use of your amazing mind and visualize the life you want! Then take action, stay disciplined, and reach your goals with passion.
