Why start a push-up challenge?
During lockdown time when gyms are closed, it is not easy to maintain your shape without exercising at home. If you are one of the people who do not like exercising at home very much, we have this challenge for you!

Our push-up challenge requires very little time, no equipment and you can do it basically anywhere.
​
Let's try this little experiment and do 100 push-ups per day for the next 30 days in a row. Sounds too much? You can split the push-ups to 5x20 or 10x10 per day as well.
